Team Principal
Madeleine Warner
Team Principal
Now in her fourth year with UQ Racing, Madeleine leads the team as Team Principal, guiding strategic direction and daily operations. She oversees the development of both electric and autonomous vehicles, drawing on her background in electrical and computer engineering. Madeleine was drawn to UQ Racing for its hands-on approach and real-world engineering challenges. While not a motorsport fan at first, she’s become especially passionate about the AV program and its technical complexity. She’s committed to fostering collaboration, mentoring students, and building a culture of innovation and impact.
